Integration and Test
Our Customer has been expanding in support of their Broadcaster customers and had taken on a new System Integration task. Together with the Customer, we have developed a set of services that strengthened aspects of the customers provision. Red Embedded Consultants have been embedded at the customers labs and on site with the Broadcaster to fulfill some of the SI tasks required. Tasks that we have direct responsibility for include;
- Project management and management support activity
- Technical input into the test strategy
- Definition detailed test cases for the project
- Performed much of the testing
- Coordination of the configuration and build process
- Issue analysis, triage and partner coordination
During this project we have worked closely with the customer and have been able to respond to a number of unforeseen needs rapidly by drawing on the breadth of experience available in our team.
