Project Audit
A number of Companies have introduced a Project Audit function to ensure a good understanding of the exact position of a given project and to learn from what has been well done and not so well for the benefit of later projects. This function is more effectively managed by an independent third party with wide experience of projects. This is a Service where we are superbly well qualified. Our approach is normally to agree an overall budget and to use technical experts from within Red Embedded to look at the various different areas to ensure an audit report which is honest, complete and highlights the issues of management concern - both good and bad.
As with all of our services, our engagement will scale to meet the specific requirements of a customer. Red can do the whole job, or take on selected roles within the audit - perhaps as part of the customer's team, perhaps working with project partners to ensure an unbiased and independent overview.
