System Integration
Red Embedded staff have particular skills in System Integration of complex projects. These skills have been gained working with companies such as NDS, Irdeto, Open TV and for projects with majors such as DirecTV, Comcast, BT and BSkyB. The approach is disciplined and rigorous and while we can be most effective involved from the outset, we have proved ourselves effective in speeding up time to market where the existing SI role had not been effectively handled and there was a need for an outsider to step in and rescue the project simply by making and imposing the required adjudication calls together with the project owner.
As in other service offerings, we are able to do the whole job, or take on only selected roles which may range from a formal SI status, to management advice or intervention to ensure successful outcome in specific situations.
