The VPTV200 is a Set Top Box designed for videotelephony and featured;

The product is based on the VPHS generation of videophone product but packaged as a Set Top Box and using the TV screen as an option for viewing the videophone picture in the event of sufficient bandwidth to enable adequate picture quality.
