Red Embedded participates at 6th Venturefest Event

UK videophone development and technical consulting company, Red Embedded Design is attending the 6th Venturefest Yorkshire event on 11th February 2009.

RED are showing a commercial videophone product specifically designed for older people and now available on international markets. In fact RED are responsible for starting up distribution for the product in the UK and are showing the product for the first time to a number of prospects at the event. The product has a range of innovative features and draws on existing IP developed by RED and used in earlier Videophone devices such as the BT Videophone 1000.

The product RED is showing at the event is a version of the VPTV400 which was designed for a Swedish customer, myJoice AB, and which is now beginning distribution around Europe. RED is handling distribution within the UK after forming a joint venture with myJoice AB.
